Carson Wayne Klein, 24, died unexpectedly on Oct. 31, 2010. A celebration of Carson's life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5 at Century Baptist Church, Bismarck, with Rev. Gordon Stork officiating.
Carson was born August 26, 1986, in Langdon, ND, the son of Lynn and Joan (Aafedt) Klein. He graduated from Century High School in 2004 and attended Bismarck State College.
Recently, Carson had begun a plumbing apprenticeship with Frontier Plumbing. He enjoyed the creative aspects of manual labor and felt he had found his calling. The kind mentoring of Doug and Wayne enhanced his work and his life.
Carson was a tenderhearted young man who cared deeply about helping others. His smile lit up a room. He delighted in the embrace of his daughter Kenzie welcoming him home when he walked in the door. Kenzie was enveloped by his protective spirit.
"Hope does not disappoint because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts." Romans 5:5.
Carson is survived by his daughter Kenzie Lynn, Bismarck; his parents Lynn and Joan Klein; his brothers Mitchell, Shakopee, MN, and Marshall, Detroit Lakes, MN; his grandmother, Eileen Aafedt, his girlfriend, Kirstyn Pailing, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins, who loved him deeply.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Melvin and Ruth Klein and L. Wayne Aafedt.
Memorials will be used to fund Kenzie's college education.
