Howard E. Howe, 89, Bismarck, died September 25, 2015, at Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center, Bismarck. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, October 2, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Parkway Funeral Service. Cremation has taken place.Burial will be held at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.Further arrangements are pending with Parkway Funeral Service, Bismarck.
