Her talent was in shorthand and typing, receiving awards for typing 100 words a minute on the old manual typewriters. As a young girl Donna believed strongly in prayer and her Catholic Faith and felt very thankful for her many blessings from the Lord in her lifetime. Donna worked in the office as a clerk-typist and switchboard operator and Bill worked in the shops on the large trucks. She worked for Satrom Travel and Tour and Country Travel as a tour escort and travel consultant traveling to most of 48 states, Canada, and Hawaii.
