Kristie Ann (Anderson) Soland, 50, Center, ND, died May 26, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 31, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck with Rev. Allen Wagner officiating. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. Kristie was born on December 14, 1965, in Bismarck, ND, the daughter of Kenneth P. and Patricia J. Nelson. She grew up and attended schools in Bismarck. Kristie married Jim Anderson in June of 1986 and they had two children, Kasey and Kohl. Kristie worked as a laborer at the power plants for Local Laborers Union #563. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and her animals. She is survived by her daughter, Kasey Anderson and her fiancé, Travis Wong; her son, Kohl Anderson; her grandchildren, Kingston Heilman, Addisyn Anderson, and Myla Wong; her mother, Patricia Nelson; her sister, Connie (Mike) Schwartz; her brother, Craig (Denise) Nelson, all of Bismarck; several nieces and nephew; and Kristie’s special friend, Dale Jacobson. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth.
