Patricia “Patty” Volk, 59, Bismarck, passed away February 23, 2017, at CHI St. Alexius Health surrounded by her family. Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, February 27, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, with Rev. Travis Kadrmas officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Sunday, February 26, at Parkway Funeral Service, Bismarck. Patty was born January 11, 1958, in Valley City, ND, the daughter of Pius and Aleta (McGraw) Volk. She was a very loving mother and friend, who was devoted to her family. Patty also spent her time at Sears, where she worked for 22 years. She loved being outdoors in the summer as well as spending time with her grandchildren and nephews. Patty is survived by her son, Cody Harter; her father, Pius (Connie) Volk; her mother, Aleta Volk; her sister, Peggy (Jeff) Dietz; grandchildren, KristaLynn, Keegan, and Charli Rose; nephews, Kendall and Jaden; and many other family friends.
