Annie
Mayhew Narum
Mar 28, 1974 — Sep 13, 2026
Annie Mae Mayhew Narum, of Bismarck, North Dakota, born March 28, 1974, passed away on September 13, 2026.
Annie was the daughter of Linda and Curtiss Mayhew and the sister of Tina Snyder. She married Richard Narum, and together they had two daughters, Breanna Narum, the eldest, and Tela Narum, the youngest. She was a beloved mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend who will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
Annie had a deep love for her cat, London, and thoroughly enjoyed being a furbaby grandma, spoiling her kids’ pets. She also loved going to garage sales and shopping, even if she didn’t end up buying anything. She had a special ability to make others smile and laugh while forming meaningful connections with those she met. While she had a fiery spirit, she always had her family’s greater good at heart, wanted the best for them, and was always on their side.
Her family will forever carry her love, her laughter, and her fiery spirit with them. She was deeply loved, will be missed more than words can express, and will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Narum; her daughters, Breanna Narum and Tela Narum; her father, Curtiss Mayhew; her sister, Tina Snyder; and her beloved cat, London. She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Mayhew.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on September 18, 2026, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 318 2nd St SW, Steele, North Dakota. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM. Annie will be laid to rest beside her mother, Linda Mayhew.
For those unable to attend, a recording of the service will be posted online following the service.
