Arlan Ray Mann, 64 of Bismarck ND, passed away on Saturday July 29th, 2023, at CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck.

A Celebration of Life will take place at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the Parkway Funeral Service, 2230 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck. Visitation will begin one hour prior. Please join Arlan’s family after the funeral service in the basement of the funeral home for food and refreshments. 

Arlan was born on September 5th, 1958 in Dickinson, ND to Emil and Esther Mann of Halliday ND. He grew up in Halliday and was one of 5 children born to Emil and Esther. Arlan graduated from Halliday High School – class of 1976.

Arlan was blessed with four children. Stephanie Mann (Bismarck), Amber Coleman (Bismarck), Christopher Mann (Bismarck), Channing Mann (Kilea Mann – Bismarck), eleven grandchildren – Destiny, Greyson, Justice, Brooke, Trey, Dylan, Harley, Finnik, Bevee, Lily, Chris, one great-grandchild –Cecilia, and three sisters, Linda (Dale) Richau, Paulette (Elemer) Nordsven, and Twila Forgy.

Arlan was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Mann, his parents Emil and Esther, his sister Janel Mann, and nephew Doug.
