A visitation will be held from 5-7 PM, on Thursday, February 26, at the Church of Corpus Christi, with a Vigil service starting at 7 PM.

Millie was born on October 14, 1932, in Strasburg, North Dakota, to Joseph and Magdalena (Senger) Ibach. On October 15, 1953, she married the love of her life, Peter Nagel. Together they raised four children and made their home in Bismarck, where they shared 70 wonderful years of family life.
Millie was a woman of steadfast faith and often reminded those around her, “Why worry when you can pray?” She will be lovingly remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family and the joy she found in caring for others. Millie had a generous spirit and delighted in giving gifts, big and small, as a way of showing her love.
She enjoyed music, gardening (especially tending to her beautiful flowers) baking, and visiting with family and friends. An avid swimmer and enthusiastic traveler, Millie embraced life with energy and curiosity. Her sense of humor and warm smile brought light to every room she entered, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Millie’s loving family includes two sons, Gerald and Richard; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen (Allen) Stroh and Rhonda (John) Fracassi; grandson, Nathan (Samantha) Stroh; granddaughters Mandy (Jayse) Schwan, Mikayla Fracassi, Anne Fracassi, and Kaitlin (Lane) Rutherford; and great-grandchildren Rhyan and Bryar Schwan and Kinsley Rutherford, with one great-grandchild on the way. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Millie was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Pete; and 11 siblings.
Blessed be the memory of Millie. Just as she embraced everyone she met; we now hold her close in our hearts. She will be forever loved and treasured.
The family wishes to extend their deepest appreciation to the staff of Edgewood Village for their compassion and loving care of our mother.
