Carol M. Olsen, 75, of Bismarck, passed away on February 4, 2025, at Edgewood Assisted Living, surrounded by her family. 

Carol was born in New England, North Dakota, to the late Frank and Viola Heick. She graduated from New England St. Mary High School. Carol was a stay-at-home mom and returned to work as an Optician until her retirement. She enjoyed being outside working on her yard. The highlight of her time was spending time with her family, baking, and cooking for her family.

She is survived by her three children: Blaine (Rebeka) Olsen, Robyn (Jason) Ramberg, and Brent (Stacey) Olsen. She has seven grandchildren: Brenna (Aidan) Quirk, Meghanne (Noah) Welch, Amber Olsen, Jace, Elise, Ty Ramberg, and Carly Olsen.
