Curt Holzworth

Curt Holzworth, 67, Bismarck, passed away on June 22, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 27, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, June 26, at Parkway Funeral Service.

Burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck.

Curt was born on April 15, 1956, in Wishek, ND, to Eugene and Deloris (Kranzler) Holzworth. While Curt and his brother, John, were young the family followed Eugene's job, moving to various locations before settling in Bismarck where Curt attended school and graduated from Bismarck High School.

Curt was a skilled concrete finisher. This work took him to many places, eventually leading him to working alongside his brother in Bismarck. Curt was skilled in the art of Taekwondo, receiving his blackbelt and going on to teach others. In his spare time, you could find Curt at the shooting range for target practice.

He is survived by his mother, Deloris; brother, John (Laura); nephews, Alex Holzworth and Aaron (fiancé, Damaris Ortega Rivera) Holzworth; and great-niece, Raya Lee Holzworth.

Curt was preceded in death by his father, Eugene; and many aunts and uncles.
