Donna Jean Lind, 92, passed away on April 7, 2026, in Bismarck, ND.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, Monday, April 13, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Sunday, April 12, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck.

Burial will be held at Mission Cemetery, Wilton, ND.

Donna was born on June 7, 1933, to Wilbur and Martha (Alm) Noon in Wilton, ND. She graduated from Bismarck High School.

She married John Lind on December 26, 1954. Though she may not have remembered, she met her husband, John, when she was only five days old.

Donna was a stay-at-home mom and homemaker until her children entered middle school.

In the mid-1970s, Donna worked as an activity aide/director at Missouri Slope Care Center in Bismarck. In 1993, after 17 years, she retired. During her retirement, she and John made several trips to Alaska and both coasts to visit friends and family.

Donna enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed doing crafts, puzzles, and pencil coloring. She enjoyed accompanying John and family on many hunting trips and to gun shoots, teaching her family that the sport of hunting was not just for men.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Becky (Lind) Janssen; sons, Jim (Lori) Lind and Courtney (Jeannie) Lind; grandchildren, Amber (Dustin) Duff, Jaimie (Derrick) VanZoest, Kyra (Noah) Johnson, Tyler Lind, Demaree Lind, Taylor (Steph) Hill, and Travis (Allie) Hill; great-grandchildren, Caiden Belile, Phoenix and Scarlett Duff, Ellie, Karlie, and Olivor Hill, and a soon-to-arrive great-grandbaby Johnson; and brother, Dwane Noon.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents, Wilbur and Martha Noon; her brother, Alden Noon; her son-in-law, Truman Janssen; and her great-granddaughter, Lauren Hill.
