Edward Joseph Jaszkowiak, 78, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022, in Menoken, ND. Cremation has taken place.  On Monday, October 3, 2022, at 9:00 am the rosary will be said at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E. Divide Ave, Bismarck. Burial will be at 10:00 am at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.

Edward was born on December 15, 1943, in Bismarck, ND to Paul and Pansy (Oxford) Jaszkowiak. He was raised and educated in Bismarck, graduating from St. Mary’s High School in 1961.

Edward worked for Melroe Manufacturing Company in Bismarck for many years before retiring.  He also proudly served in the North Dakota National Guard.

He is survived by his three sisters, Dorothy Falconer, Susan Jaszkowiak and Beverly (Curt) Goehring, all of Bismarck; seven brothers, John and Bill (Marlene), of Montana, Tom, Moorhead, MN, Henry (Marlene), Charlie (JoAnne) and Donald, all of Bismarck and Andy (Pam), Texas; spouses of his deceased siblings, Mary (Fred) Jaszkowiak, Annette (Kenny) Jaszkowiak and Keith (Rita) Ebel and many nieces and nephews.   

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Fred and Kenny Jaszkowiak; sisters, Mary Jaszkowiak and Rita Ebel; sisters-in-law, Norita (Priske) Jaszkowiak, Grace Jaszkowiak and MaryJean (Becker) Jaszkowiak.
