Edward Wanner, 89, of Hazelton, North Dakota, passed away on March 1, 2025.

Edward, the son of Karl J. and Christina (Wanner) Wanner, was born on September 1, 1943, in Wishek, North Dakota. He was raised and educated in Hazelton.

After serving in the US Navy, Edward worked for North American Aviation in California before returning to Hazelton where he farmed and ranched for 50 years.

He is survived by his sister, Hilda Shorey of Muskego, WI.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters; and six brothers.

A committal service for Edward will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Fairview Cemetery in Bismarck, North Dakota.
