Eunice Savenko, 89, Bismarck, went peacefully to heaven on May 18, 2026. A memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at Eastgate Funeral Service, 3117 E Century Ave, Bismarck. Family will greet guests one hour prior.

Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bismarck.

Eunice was born October 15, 1939 to Arthur and Katherine Hayes in Moffit. She attended school in Moffit. She married Edwin Savenko and together they had five children: Winona “Nonie”, Micheal, Carlyn (Wendell), LaeAnne and Darrin. They moved to Bismarck in 1971 due to Edwin’s failing health. HE later passed in 1974.

Eunice was a hard-working person and always had several jobs to support her family.

She had eight grandchildren: LaDonna (Chad), Branden (Beth), Cindy (Jason), Nicole (Richard), Jennifer, Dustin, Corey and Katie. Eunice was blessed with 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Nonie; her parents; five brothers and two sisters.
