Evelyn “Evy” (Gill) Flemmer, 75, Bismarck, passed away after a short battle with cancer on June 27, 2017, at the Baptist Health Care Center, Bismarck. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm Friday, June 30, at Faith Lutheran Church, 1402 E. Avenue C., Bismarck, with Rev. Sylvia Bull officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Bismarck. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Cremation has taken place. Evy was born November 20, 1941, to Dan and Anne (Babnick) Gill. She graduated from Wilton High School in 1959. She was employed by Job Service of ND for over 30 years. Evy married Don Flemmer on June 8, 1990. Evy enjoyed spending time with friends, crafting, participating in Quota Club, and many trips to different casinos. She was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church. Evy is survived by her sons, Randy (Stacy) Fischer, Todd (DelRae) Fischer; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Brittany, Parker and Shannarae Fischer; great-grandson, Jaxon; stepchildren, Keith and Lisa Flemmer; step-grandchildren, Chris (Irma) Flemmer, Kaitlin Flemmer; step-great-grandsons, Grayson and Graham; sister, Beverly Booth; two nephews, extended family, Dave, Fatima and Vini Hirsch, and her very close friend, Gloria Olson. Evy was preceded in death by her husband, Don; and her parents.
