Florentine C Bohlman, 86, Mandan, peacefully entered heaven on Monday, September 16, 2019 at Prospera Sunset, Mandan, ND.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 am Friday, September 20, at Church of St. Joseph, 108 3rd St NE, Mandan. A rosary will begin at 9:10 am Friday at the church.

Burial will be held at 11:00 am Friday at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.

Florentine was born July 15, 1933, in Bismarck, ND to Conrad and Beata (Barnhardt) Becker. She was raised and educated in Bismarck and finished high school in Dickinson, ND.

Florentine was united in marriage to Herbert J Bohlman in New England, ND on June 16, 1958. They had two beautiful children, Delton and Sue Ellen. They enjoyed spending time together and visiting with their family and grandchildren.   She worked at the New England Creamery and the local drug store in New England. Her real calling was the years she babysat for many local children in New England who lovingly called her “Nana.” She was a member of St. Mary’s congregation in New England, St. Mary’s Altar Guild and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed bowling, golfing and taking the kids fishing at Kerry Dam.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by the many family and friends who had the pleasure to know her.  

She is survived by her two children, Delton (Lisa) Bohlman, Plano, TX and Sue Ellen (Lance) Hill, Reno, NV; five grandchildren, Kelsey Bohlman, Dylan (Valeria) Bohlman, Aria (Casey) Allen, Deion Seamands, Dekon Seamands, four great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Camille, Tripp and Morgan; as well as her sister, Mary Jean (Becker) Bauer; and sister in-law, Irene Becker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert on November 9, 2013; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Eva (Fay) Charlesworth, Minnie (Ed) Renner, Donald Bauer; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike (Beverly) Becker; Jack (Lavina) Becker; George Becker.
