Gail Bailey, 76, Bismarck ND, died April 14, 2017, at Sanford Health, Bismarck.A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 20, at 11:00 AM at Eastgate Funeral Service Chapel, 2302 East Divide Ave, Bismarck, ND.Gail was born on January 13, 1941, in Valley City, ND, to Bill and Harriet Keene. She married her husband, Dewayne Bailey, in 1974. Gail and Dewayne have a large family of loving children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.Gail passed away peacefully on Good Friday, surrounded by her loving family and friends.Gail is survived by her husband, Dewayne; her children, Gene Fowler, Clay Fowler, Becky Fowler, and Todd Bailey; her grandchildren, Tyler, Erin, Kadee, Bradin, Dylan, and Jorden; and her great-grandchildren, Madasin, Zoey, Skyler, Rorie, and Sage.She was preceded in death by her daughter, Karla Fowler; her parents, Bill and Harriet Keene; and her siblings, Tom Keene and Terry Keene.
