Heather Marie Robbins passed away on July 8, 2021, in Mandan, North Dakota. She succumbed to her injuries from a hit and run.

Heather was born on February 20, 1979, in Washington. She grew up in Troy, MT, and enjoyed family and friends.

Heather is survived by her four children, Seth Krantz, Alyson Gordon, and Lillian and Isabella Neal; three siblings, William (Sara) O'Connor, Angie (Jacob) Robbins; and her neices and nephews.
