Helen Klepper, 83, of Bismarck, North Dakota, passed away August 9, 2025, at home with Gen by her side. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday August 23 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 1919 N 2nd St., Bismarck, ND.
A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday August 22, at Eastgate Funeral Home, 2302 E Divide Ave. Bismarck. Rosary will be at 7 p.m.
Helen was born September 18, 1941, in Linton, ND, to Clemens and Mary (Hager) Bosch and died August 9, 2025, in Bismarck, ND.
Helen went to high school at St. Mary's in Bismarck and graduated from UND with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught school in several states in the Midwest. At the urging of her brother Lou, took a teaching position overseas in Japan and then Germany, where she met Hank Klepper.
Helen and Hank were married in Florida on December 28, 1972. They settled in Florida, where Hank worked for the Postal Service and Helen taught until they retired.
They enjoyed traveling and made frequent trips to Germany to visit family and friends.
Helen is survived by her sister, Genevieve (Dale) Townsend, brother: Charles (Susan) Bosch; Hank's daughter, Petra Gordon; many nieces and nephews, Hank's grandchildren; and great-granddaughter.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents, husband Hank, three brothers; Louis (Mary Ann), Thomas (Lucille), James (Karen) Bosch, two sisters; Mary (Waldermar) Perez, Lucy (Phil Uballe); Hank’s son, Henry (Donna) Klepper, and Hank's son-in-law, Rick Gordon.
