Obituary

Jacquelin Martha Beaudoin, 83, Bismarck, passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, October 9, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck. Jackie was born on October 10, 1933, in Dickinson, ND, the daughter of Jack and Martha (Ridl) Thomas. She graduated from Dickinson High School and attended Dickinson State College. Jackie married the love of her life, LeRoy “Pudge” Beaudoin on December 28, 1953. They raised four children starting in Dickinson, then moving to Jamestown, and finally settling in Bismarck. Jackie was a legal secretary for Wheeler, Wolf, and Pederson Law Firm for many years. She also was the hostess (with the mostess!) at the Bismarck Elks Lodge, working alongside her husband, Pudge. Jackie was a gourmet cook, loved to entertain, and loved to have fun! She was beautiful inside and out and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Jackie is survived by her husband of 63 years, Pudge; son, Douglas (Renee), Tampa, FL; daughter, Lisa (Rob) Bollinger, Eagan, MN; son, Michael (Kathy) Beaudoin, Medora, ND, and daughter, Jill Beaudoin, Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Ryan Beaudoin, Brie Pulas, Brittany Taylor, Brooks Bollinger, Lauren Bollinger, Hayley McFarland, Michael Bollinger, Brandon Beaudoin, and Chivas Rood; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister Joan.
