Kathleen “Kathy” Kuntz, 73, Bismarck, joined our Heavenly Father on September 15, 2018. Services will be held at 10:30 am Wednesday, September 19, at Church of St. Anne, 1321 Braman Ave., Bismarck, with Rev. Wayne Sattler officiating. Burial will be at Mandan Union Cemetery, Mandan, ND. Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Tuesday, September 18, at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E. Divide Ave., Bismarck, where a rosary/vigil service will begin at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Kathy was born in 1944 to Harold W. and Kay (Brazerol) Fitch in Bismarck, ND, where she was raised and educated. Kathy married Ronald G. Kuntz, the love of her life, on April 21, 1978. They enjoyed traveling, spending time with each other and watching westerns. Kathy was an active parishioner of St. Anne’s Catholic Church and a member of the Bismarck Eagles Auxiliary Sisters and Catholic Daughters of America. She enjoyed spending time with her many nieces and nephews, baking, and listening to music. Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Ronald; sister, Lynn (Butch) MacArthur; brothers-in-law, Gilbert (Patty) Kuntz and Virgil (Ruth) Kuntz; sisters-in-law, Michalenia (George) Putnam, Mary Lingert, and Cindy (Clem) Nelson; godchildren, Amanda (Kuntz) Lund and Stephanie (MacArthur) Bundy; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, father-in-law and mother-in-law; one sister-in-law; and two brothers-in-law. In lieu of flowers, a memorial mass in Kathy’s honor may be given.
