Kathleen "Kitty" Krushe-Helm, 73, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2025, in Bismarck, ND

Kitty died peacefully at a Sanford hospital after a long battle with COPD and congestive heart failure. Following her wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services are planned.

Kitty was born on October 20, 1951, in Bismarck, to Nicholas H and Betty (Rasmussen) Krushe. She graduated from Bismarck High School in 1969 and left for NY to start her modeling career. She attended college at BSC, Brigham Young, Utah, while also studying Dance, and finally Mary College where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Kitty was passionate about many things and was very talented in creating beautiful Hardanger, Quilts and unique clothing.

Kitty loved being a grandma and said it was one of her biggest accomplishments.

Kathleen is survived by her children, Rachel, and Andrew Riedinger, her grandchildren, Austin Riedinger, Isaiah, and Kayden Masser, Brett Wolf, and Abby Riedinger, and her great-grandchildren, Lucas and Henry Riedinger.

Kitty is preceded in death by her parents, Nicholas and Betty Krushe, and her brothers Kevin and David Krushe.

Kitty will be missed by many especially her children and grandchildren.
