Kenadi Zappone

Our precious angel, Kenadi (age 6), beloved daughter of Brittany and Step-Father Matt Erdman, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 after a life-long battle with epilepsy and other complications from TBI. She leaves behind her dear brother Kohner and countless memories of her beautiful smile, quirky sense of humor and contagious laugh.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 20, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck.

          A young life filled with joy and heartfelt love, Kenadi possessed an indescribable amount of beauty, strength and selfless spirit that filled every room she entered. Kenadi was a little girl with a big heart, a playful personality, and an overwhelming capacity of giving and understanding. From her passions of playing with her toys and her brother to her favorite sounds of destruction, she was a ray of light that could not be matched. She loved unicorns, butterflies, and almost everyone she met. She found true joy in the little things that life offered and helped us all see the good in everything around us. 

          She will be fiercely remembered and celebrated by her mom (Brittany), her step-father (Matt Erdman), brother (Kohner), aunt (Rose), her godparents (Elizabeth and Derek), and dear friend (Vicki), as well as by her extended family, the many healthcare professionals and educators that walked with her throughout her journey, and dear friends who loved and adored her.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Family Voices of North Dakota.
