Kevin
Siroshton
January 16, 1973 – May 28, 2026
Kevin James Siroshton, 53, of Bismarck, ND, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, after a courageous four-year battle with cancer, surrounded by love and with his devoted wife, Wendy, by his side.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Eastgate Funeral Service, 3117 E Century Ave. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
Kevin lived life to the fullest and had a deep love for the open road, whether he was driving his semi-truck or riding his Harley-Davidson. In honor of Kevin, guests are encouraged to dress casually and wear motorcycle attire or the colors orange and black.
Kevin was born on January 16, 1973, in Watford City, ND, to Stanley and Wanda (Hoffmann) Siroshton. He joined his sister, Sherrie, and grew up on the family farm near Grassy Butte, ND. Kevin attended school in Grassy Butte, Killdeer, and Watford City.
From a young age, Kevin was always eager to help with farm chores, especially if it involved driving tractors or other farm equipment. He also enjoyed caring for his bottle calves. Growing up on the farm instilled in him a strong work ethic that remained with him throughout his life.
While still in high school, Kevin began working in the oil field, driving semi-trucks. This sparked his dream of owning his own trucking company. Kevin knew everything there was to know about trucks and the trucking industry. The bigger and more challenging the load, the better. He loved the challenge of hauling oversized loads and took pride in his work. He also enjoyed traveling and seeing new places. When he wasn't on the road in his semi, he could often be found riding his motorcycle or taking a drive in his pickup.
Kevin moved to Bismarck in the early 1990s. He was blessed with two children, Macee Ellen and Tenner James, whom he loved dearly and was incredibly proud of. Watching them grow and celebrating their accomplishments brought him great joy throughout his life.
Kevin was a talented craftsman and could seemingly fix anything. Whether it was repairing equipment, working on vehicles, building something from scratch, or finding a solution to a problem, family and friends knew they could count on him. He especially enjoyed working with wood and leather, creating projects with his hands and taking pride in the finished product. Kevin had a knack for turning ideas into reality, and his creativity and craftsmanship were admired by all who knew him.
In 2013, Kevin met the love of his life, Wendy. They were united in marriage in 2017. Kevin and Wendy were inseparable and shared a love of adventure. They spent countless hours taking motorcycle trips, camping, boating, and exploring together. Wendy often accompanied Kevin on the road, and during the final six months of his trucking career, before cancer progressed, she traveled full-time with him in the semi. Together they journeyed coast to coast, making memories and living life to its fullest. As long as they were together, they were happy.
Kevin's greatest joy was his grandchildren. He loved spoiling them, playing with them, hosting sleepovers, and being the very best "Pa" they could ask for.
Kevin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He had a kind heart, a generous spirit, and was always willing to help others. To many of Macee's friends, Kevin was like a second dad. Kevin loved his fur babies Diesel and Zona, who will miss their snuggles with him.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Wendy, of Bismarck; daughter, Amanda (Brandtly) Hutson of Aurora, Colorado; son, Tenner (Kylee) Siroshton of Glen Ullin, ND; daughter, Morgan Hamann of Bismarck, ND; stepson, Nicholas Lunnie of Bowbells, ND; parents, Stanley and Wanda (Hoffmann) Siroshton of Ramsey, MN; sister, Sherrie (Scott) Weigel of Ramsey, MN; parents-in-law, George and Gayle Lowther of Minot, ND; brother-in-law, Bob (Pam) Boyer of Chico, California; sister-in-law, April (John) Dreas of Minot, ND; seven grandchildren; aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.
Kevin was preceded in death by his daughter, Macee Ellen Williams; angel baby, Ava Joy; maternal grandparents, Donald and Betty (Adams) Hoffmann; paternal grandparents, Emil and Annie (Serhienko) Siroshton; and his uncle, Bruce Hoffmann.
Though cancer may have taken Kevin from us, it never took his strength, determination, or love for his family. His memory will live on in every mile traveled, every motorcycle ride taken, and in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
