Klaes Welch, 81, Mandan, died on Sept. 5, 2023.
A funeral service will be held at 2:30PM, Saturday, Sept. 9 at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any veterans organization.
