Kymberly Weinzirl

Our feisty Kymberly, 41, gained her angel wings on December 27, 2022.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2022, at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E. Divide Ave, Bismarck. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service.  Burial will take place at Mandan Union Cemetery at a later date.  

Kym was born January 25, 1981, to Shirley Nagel in Devils Lake, ND.

Kym grew up in Mandan, ND alongside her sisters, Erynn Schneider and Amy Moszer and brother, Brayden Nagel. In Mandan, she met and fell in love with her childhood sweetheart Coby Lynn Weinzirl. Together they share four children: Katy, Isabel, Joey and baby Alice. Kym devoted herself to being a full-time mother. She enjoyed spending time in her craft room where she created beautiful artwork alongside her children and grandchild Everly. Kym was happiest when she was sipping a Mello Yello with her fur babies at her side and her coloring book.

Kym was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2021. Her no-nonsense attitude approach got her through countless rounds of chemo and radiation. Kym’s family would like to thank her medical team and her two special friends, Tim Briese and Kim Hertz and ‘Uncle’ Kirk. Kym couldn’t have done any of this without her amazing in-laws Joe and Wendy Weinzirl.

Kym was preceded in death by her beloved dog, Charlie and mother, Shirley Nagel.

In lieu of flowers, monetary memorials can be gifted to Coby Weinzirl to help with Kymberly's medical expenses.
