Lola Jean Junker, 82, Bismarck, passed away February 15, 2024. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 20 at Messiah Lutheran Church, Mandan. Visitation will begin one hour prior.

Burial will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.

Lola was born on June 20, 1941 to John and Edna Hoffman in Hardin, Montana. She was baptized on September 17, 1941.

She married Carl Arndt and to this union two children were born, Tracy and Tim. She later married Harland Junker and gained four step-children, Sonya, Keith, Bruce and Kevin.

Lola was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Mandan.

She enjoyed and loved her garden and orchids.

Lola is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Kent) and their son, Josh; son, Tim (Karla) and their children, Carolyn (Brandon) and Sarah; step-children, Sonya (Bob), and their children, Bryan (Lily), David (Jackie), and Ann (Lori); Bruce (Janet) and their daughter, Allison (Todd); Kevin (Mary) and their children, Jenny (Luke), Brittany (Zac), Chris (Sam), and Zoey.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harland; three siblings and her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials and expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at 2302 E Divide Ave., Bismarck, ND 58501. Memorials may be sent to Messiah Lutheran Church; Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center; or the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery.
