Margaret was born October 18, 1937, in Fargo, ND, the daughter of John C. and Harriet (McGuigan) Scilley of Leonard, ND. She attended Leonard High School graduating in 1957 with a perfect attendance record. Upon graduation she had various jobs mainly in the service sector.

Margaret was a member of Evangel Church. She enjoyed quilting, bowling, and eating out with her friends.

She is survived by her son, Wayne Moe, of Minot, ND; daughter, Heidi Ober, Williston, ND; one brother, Larry (Gwen) Scilley of Rochester, MN.; one sister-in-law, Doris Ann (Young) Scilley; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Allen (Phyllis) of Dilworth, MN; Charles of Leonard, ND; Donald (Doris Ann) of Lexington, KY; and one sister-law, Phyllis (Schnell) Scilley of Moorhead, MN.
