Maxwell "Max" Prindiville, 33, Bismarck, was born March 31, 1992 and passed away September 23, 2025. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 AM Friday, September 26 at Church of Corpus Christi, 1919 N Second St., Bismarck.

Family will greet guests from 5:30 to 7 PM Thursday at Eastgate Funeral Service, 2302 E Divide Ave, Bismarck. A rosary/vigil will begin at 7 PM.

Burial will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery, Bismarck.

Max was a bright light in his family’s lives and will be forever loved and missed. Many of his best memories were spent at the Prindiville Farm. He spent countless weekends there with his dad, great-uncle Pat, and cousins Mark and Mike Prindiville.

Max enjoyed being with his parents and they lovingly referred to him as their “favorite third wheel” since he was always included in everything. He had a beautiful and generous spirit. Max walked his own path and may not have found his place, but he taught us he didn’t have to. You never had to tell Max to take the high road, it was the only road he knew!

We are better people for knowing Max. May he now rest in peace and find what he struggled to find here on Earth. The world would be a better place if we were all like Max.

He is survived by his parents, Jean and Dave Prindiville; his sister, Megan (Ryan) Zander; his nephews, Jack and Dax Zander; his aunts, Sheila Berreth, Ruth (Michael) Patch, Tammy (Gary) Davis, Carla (Brad) Beehler; his uncle, Dennis (Charlene) Prindiville; his cousins, Josh (Missy) Berreth, Becca Berreth (Caleb Cochrane), Allison Evanenko, Chris Patch, James (Sarah) Prindiville, Matt (Lisa) Prindiville, Mitch (April) Davis, Jason (Sara) Davis, Cassie Davis, Josh (Kaley) Beehler, Jon (Katie) Beehler, and Courtney Beehler.

Max was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roger and Joann Prindiville and John and Wanda Berreth; aunt, Diane Berreth; uncle, Dale Berreth; and his cousins, Michael Davis and Spencer Evanenko.
