Richard Drayton Burton (Richard Tracy Olson), 85, passed away on December 16, 2019. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 17, at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.

Richard was born August 14, 1934 to Faye Keller and Lester Burton.  Born and raised in Bismarck, Dick joined the Navy out of high school, and toured the world.  He was an award-winning salesman for the Shedd Brown Company for many years working the states of North and South Dakota.  He joined AA in 1972; he mentored many and advocated for sobriety for the rest of his life.  He is survived by his special friend, Joanne Marsh; sisters, Lynda Pearson, Beryl Ann Burton and Mary Petersdorf; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
