Rodney Ellis Bell, 86, was born and raised in Bismarck, ND, and graduated with the BHS class of 1951.

Rodney passed away on March 31, 2019, in Lodi, CA.

Graveside services will be held in his honor at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck, at 1:00 pm Thursday, April 18.
