Rodney D. Miller, 65, Bismarck, died unexpectedly on October 7, 2024. 

There will be no services held. Cremation has taken place. 

Rodney was born on November 12, 1958 in Turtle Lake, North Dakota to Norman and Alma (Schlittenhardt) Miller. 

Rodney graduated from Century High School and worked at various jobs, retiring from Bismarck Public Schools in 2023. 

He is survived by his sister, Cheryl Tryhus; brother, Robert Miller; nephews, Ronald (Melanie) Miller and Andrew (Nikki) Tryhus; nieces, Mandy Miller, Stephanie Miller and Chelsie Tryhus; great-nephew, great-nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ronald Miller and Roger Miller; sister-in-law, Lynette Miller; and brother-in-law, Lance Tryhus.
