Ronald moved to Bismarck, North Dakota, in 1978 and spent his career working at Bismarck High School as a custodian. He remained dedicated to his work and to the community until his retirement in 2012.
Ronald enjoyed spending time outdoors and cherished the simple pleasures in life. He loved preparing holiday feasts for his family and watching professional wrestling and westerns. He found great joy in camping trips with loved ones, quiet mornings spent fishing and tending to his garden. Whether outdoors or at home, Ronald appreciated peaceful moments surrounded by nature and treasured sharing those moments with the people he cared about most.
