Teddy Alexander, 78, Bismarck, passed away on Sunday, August 16 at Sanford Medical Center due to a major stroke.

Funeral Services will start at 1 p.m., on Friday, August 21, at Eastgate Funeral Service, 3117 E Century Ave, with visitation being held one hour prior.

Burial will be held at the Turtle Lake Cemetery following the service.

Ted was born on June 8, 1948, in Bismarck. He was the second child of Julius and Verna (Kottsick) Alexander. He was raised and educated in the Turtle Lake area.

After attending school, Ted farmed and worked at various jobs. He went to Oklahoma to work in the oil fields for a number of years. He then hired on with Buschman Company (Intelligrated) installing conveyors in large warehouses. He worked in almost every state in the lower 48 states.

He enjoyed fishing, watching western movies, and visiting with everyone he met.

Ted is survived by his brother Bill of Ralston, WY, and his sister Ileen (Mike) Silvernagel of Bismarck, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind many special neighbors and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather Adolph Bauer, his brother Clifford, sister-in-law Jan Alexander and nephew Brian Alexander.
