Tim Harriman

Tim Harriman, 59 of Tappen, ND passed away August 28, 2025.

Tim was born March 1, 1966 in Jamestown, ND to Donley and Esther (Binder) Harriman. He grew up and attended school in Pettibone where he worked for local farmers and began driving truck in his teens. He was married and had a son, Tyler Harriman in 1989. He met Melody Strom in 2000 and spent the next 25 years building a beautiful life and memories together. Tim was the life of the party, always happy to visit and joke with anyone. He was always one to help a neighbor, friend or family. He was the proud grandpa to Kaleb, Andrew, and Charlie. He adored the boys and every opportunity he got to spend with them was greatly cherished. Tim will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Tim is survived by his fiancé Melody Strom; son Tyler & Ali and their 3 boys Kaleb, Andrew, and Charlie; two sisters Linda Kapp and Susie Guthmiller; two brothers Elroy (Elayne) Patzner and Troy (Katie) Naatus; sister-in-law Gail Patzner; along with many nieces and nephews. 

Tim was preceded in death by his parents Donley and Esther Harriman, four sisters Donna (Sherl) Diede, Sandy Capps, Sheila Ringuette, Sherry Stanton, and one brother Leland Patzner.
