Wanda Gawryluk, 47, Bismarck, went to heaven on February 17, 2019.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, February 23, at Church of St. Mary, 806 E. Broadway Ave, Bismarck.

Family will greet guests from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Friday, February 22, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck, where a rosary/vigil service will begin at 7:00 pm.

Wanda was born on August 12, 1971, in Dickinson, ND, and grew up on a farm in South Heart, ND, with her mother, Kathleen, her father, Emil and two sisters, Brenda and Stacy.  She received her GED at South Central High School, her diploma from Bismarck High School, and her cosmetology degree from RD’s Hairstyling College. Wanda had various jobs over the years, she worked at Dairy Queen, Cloverdale Meats, and most recently Sykes Enterprises.

Wanda loved horses, fishing and camping, was an amazing artist, cooking, playing bingo, crocheting, and cutting and styling hair. Wanda had one son, Cody Gawryluk. Later, she met Thomas Paul and had a daughter, Brittany Paul and grandson, Rylan. She was truly an amazing person and had a way of bringing people together and touching people’s hearts in many ways. Wanda had a beautiful smile and a very cheerful laugh. She loved her family more than life itself and was an amazing mother, grandmother, and friend. Wanda’s biggest joy in life was spending time with her children, but especially her grandson, Rylan. She will be greatly missed by many.

Wanda is survived by her son, Cody Gawryluk; her daughter, Brittany Paul; her grandson, Rylan Paul-Kurle; her sisters, Stacy Banyai and Brenda Gawryluk; and Thomas Paul, father of Brittany; along with many other family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Kathleen Gawryluk.
