Wayne Otterness' Obituary
Wayne C. Otterness, 89, of Bismarck, passed away on August 1, 2026.
A funeral service will be held at 11am, on Friday, August 7, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 502 N 4th St, Bismarck, ND. Visitation will begin one hour prior.
Burial will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Bismarck.
